In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2.1 By accessing or using the sr996 platform — including browsing, registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotional offer — you agree to these Terms in full and without qualification.

4.4 Account registration is free. No deposit is required to create an Account, but real-money play requires a minimum deposit of Rp 50.000.

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sr996 login credentials — including your email address, username, and password. 5.3 If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must contact sr996 support immediately via live chat on the platform. sr996 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account and investigate any reported breach, but accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or to notify sr996 promptly.
5.4 sr996 will never ask for your full password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive a communication purporting to be from sr996 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team.
6.1 sr996 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time; current available methods are displayed within the member deposit area.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own daily transaction limits. sr996 applies no processing fee on deposits made via local Indonesian payment methods.
6.3 Deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment sources — accounts belonging to another individual, shared accounts, or anonymous payment instruments — are prohibited and may result in suspension of your Account and reversal of the deposit.
6.4 sr996 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or any intermediate payment processor. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes of transfer confirmation, contact sr996 support via live chat with your transaction reference number.
7.1 Withdrawals are available to verified Account holders only. sr996 requires completion of the KYC verification process — including government-issued identity documentation and age confirmation — before processing a player's first withdrawal. Subsequent withdrawals may require re-verification at sr996's discretion, particularly where transaction patterns trigger risk-management review.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Independence Day (17 August). Expected processing times are as follows:
7.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the identity details on your sr996 Account. sr996 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
7.4 sr996 applies no processing fee on standard withdrawal methods. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge inbound transfer fees; sr996 has no control over or liability for such charges.
7.5 sr996 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of enhanced due-diligence checks, including in circumstances where the platform suspects money laundering, fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Where a withdrawal is delayed for compliance reasons, sr996 will notify you as soon as it is permissible to do so.
7.6 Only real-money Funds that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements are available for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not cleared their wagering requirements will not be included in withdrawal calculations.

8.3 sr996 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, and to refuse or recover bonus funds where sr996 has reasonable grounds to believe a player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploited a technical error, or breached these Terms in connection with the bonus.
8.4 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless sr996 explicitly states otherwise. Players may decline a bonus at the time of deposit; bonus credits applied in error should be reported to support before any wagering takes place.
8.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering environment on sr996.

9.2 All bets are placed and settled in IDR. Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by product, market, and account status. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
9.3 Bets placed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where sr996 explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for specific markets. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify the details of a bet — selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement.

16.1 sr996 may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 17.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of sr996 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sr996 holds its primary operating licence. The choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
